Hotel of tourist economy class is located in the central part of the town just twenty minutes walk from historical part of Chernihiv. The 19 storey building was built in 1983. In 1997 it was partly refurbished.  The hotel disposed of 267 rooms of different category whith total capacity of 500 guests /at the moment part of the rooms are rented by different firms/.

Tourist complex “Byansk” is located in a quiet part of Chernihiv on the picturesque bank of the Desna river and within 3 km from the historical and business center of the town. The hotel was built in 1978. At the moment in the hotel there are 52 rooms (3 Suites; 20 – SNGL Superior rooms; 29 TWIN Standard rooms) whith total capacity up to 82 guests.
